

A Summer Ad Campaign Like No Other
This summer will be an opportunity you don't want to miss to jump-start your business. Consumers already are hearing about our new colors and compact from beauty editors in magazines across the country. And our new ad campaign will make things even more exciting. Share the news with all your existing customers, and don't forget about the wonderful opportunity you have to gain new customers. Don't sit back and wait — tell everyone you meet! One great way to spread the news is coming soon: the biggest advertising campaign in Company history! Starting in mid-June, Mary Kay television ads and products will be featured during many of your favorite shows. This also is the first time the Company will advertise on Spanish-language TV. The entire ad campaign is designed to showcase the new Mary Kay® Compact and new color products. In addition to promoting our fabulous new products, the commercial can help warm the market. We want consumers to be as excited about Mary Kay® products as you are! We also want to help you turn a potential customer's "no, thank you" into "I'd like to know more." One of the most exciting aspects of this campaign is that it's not just commercials. The Mary Kay® Compact and mineral color collection will be featured on The Tyra Banks Show and The View the week of June 16. You'll also see the Mary Kay® Compact on E! Entertainment Television during the "Summer Guide," tentatively scheduled for May 16, and on Style network during a "before and after" weekend airing in late July. So even if viewers record and fast-forward through the ads, they'll still see the Mary Kay® products during the show.
